This code of ethics aims to outline the principles, values, and commitments that contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, specifically reaching one million volunteers. It defines the responsibilities and obligations of volunteers, protects their rights, and ensures quality and efficiency in volunteer work.

1. Values and Ethics

 

 • Commitment to Islamic principles and responsible citizenship values.

 • Acting responsibly to reflect positively on the organization and society.

 • Performing volunteer duties with integrity and honesty.

 • Treating everyone with respect and dignity.

 

2. Confidentiality

 

 • Refraining from disclosing any personal information about the beneficiaries.

 • Maintaining the confidentiality of any classified information regarding the volunteer team or organization, both during and after the volunteer period.

 

3. Reliability and Responsibility

 

 • Being trustworthy and responsible in actions and words.

 • Taking responsibility for assigned tasks.

 • Consulting program coordinators or supervisors when facing challenges or issues.

 • Representing not only the organization but also the nation’s values and principles.

 

4. Effective Communication

 

 • Utilizing volunteer work to enhance professional and practical experience.

 • Being aware of the organization’s policies and procedures.

 • Communicating clearly and effectively with others.
